Send bitcoin to 4 addresses with low fee

Hello!

I would like to send bitcoin to four different addresses at once. These transfers may run on low priority.
As the transaction fees are rather high today I would like to minimise the fee.
I read somewhere that with Electrum Wallet application on Android phone gone can send several transactions at once.
How may I do this?
Do you have better way to keep the fee low?
