Can't send bitcoin - txn-mempool-conflict

Hi. I get this message when I try to send bitcoin "txn-mempool-conflict". I have tried to increase the fee up to 1000 satoshi/byte, but I still get the error message. It instantly pop ut when I try to send.
I got the latest version of both armory (0.96.3) and bitcoin core (0.15.1). I have also downloaded the ledger again, rebuilt the Armory database, but still the same.  The logfile is attached here https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory/issues/405

Delete your mempool.dat in Core's datadir.

This might help? Try that and attempt to send again. You may want to make sure you have Armory 0.96.3.99/0.96.4 RC1 from the pinned thread.
