and I've read your guide for KYC
In your example you can write "Vietnam"
But really in the field I've found I can't write or select "Italy" in the phone country code.
I can only write a number (+39)
(I've tried both with Chrome and with Firefox browser)

Soheil Mirpour, Senior Vice President Investments at Rocket Internet today joins in the international EZToken Board of Advisors. He was totally impressed by EZToken ICO project concept and how fast EZToken ICO sold out. Given years of investing in successful international corporations, he will definitely contribute his expertise to promote EZToken on the global scale.

This is the first time I ever heard that someone should go through KYC for an airdrop. These people aren't buying anything from you nor could they launder money by receiving an airdrop Cheesy

We would like to answer the recent questions/ concerns from investors on how to withdraw the deposited ETH and BTC:

1. When can you withdraw the deposited ETH and BTC?

ICO will end on 21th January 2018 under the roadmap. We, again, confirm that you are eligible to withdraw the deposited ETH, BTC on 22 January 2018 as the ICO ends.

2. Are you allowed to withdraw the deposited ETH, BTC without applying KYC authentication?

The investors who do not buy/sell EZT will not be required KYC authentication

3. Are you returned the Ethereum Zero (ETZ) after Ethereum Hard Fork?

We have recently received some concerns from investors on Hard Fork Ethereum which is effective since 19th January 2018. We would like to clarify that this is an unexpected event of ICO EZToken Roadmap.

We now commit to return the full amount of Ethereum Zero (ETZ) for investors who have ETH balance in EZToken account prior to 19:00 GMT 19th Jan 2018. We fully understand that the amount of ETZ does not belong to us.

However, the process of returning ETZ is quite complicated and it takes time for our Dev Team to build and improve the system. We will release the information and guidance to investors who wish to withdraw ETZ as soon as we accomplish the process.

The process is planned to be ready on 8th February 2018

its after official ICO ends (internal exchange running) and i still cant withdraw my btc (still getting message that withdrawl will be aviable after ICO end)... why?

anoybody who successful make withdrawl of deposit or everybody have problem like me?

!!!I advice to make no deposits to EZPOS to time, when they allow sending deposits!!! you send deposit, but dont withdraw your own coins...

I tried to join this project in rounds 2 and 3 and it was already sold out.

I'll try to get some in the internal exchange, but the price is already 5x up.

Let's see the nexts steps!

No! I'm not able to withdraw the my bitcoin.
The website is crashing...too many resources for internal exchange.
They should first of all to guarantuee the withdrawals. And only then....the internal exchange!

Let's wait for some explanation. Hope that my btc won't be spammed...

i think they have lot of words, but they dont allow withdraw...

if they write Withdraw will be aviable after ICO ends - this sound like exaxt time and software allowing. ICO is official ended, internal exchange running - but withdraw is still disabled. why if they are not try to scam? no reasons for this.
