how long www.btcQuick.com takes to deliver private key download?

i have purchase from www.btcQuick.com 250$USD ( bronze member daily limit )   through Google wallet....
still saying its processing my payment... how long this is gonna take?
was meant to be a 10minutes process

been 14 hours
no answeer from support phone doesnt answeer
message box is full...
jeez i need  10 btc asap
and this is just taking forever 250 a day.....
