Do you mean bitcoin accelerator? Base on my own experience it takes few hours 2 to 24 hours depends on the transaction size and fee..
Did you use free accelerator? most accelerator right now are disable so if you are planning to accelerate your transaction better to hire miners to accelerate your transaction and in few hours it can confirm or take 1 day before confirm. .

This is the same what happen to me honestly its 5 days still not confirm but in my electrum its likely rejected transaction and i think i need to make new transaction with proper fee so that my old transaction could be confirm.
Here's my transaction still not confirm https://blockchain.info/tx/64895fa7e861b675fd97ee2a5449162851c9801ae1247d81c7a96358896a9d23

What wallet you are using is it electrum?
You can try this someone help me and i think you can try it maybe it can work

Hi, I saw you posted on my thread regarding help for Bitcoin tx acceleration.
In your tx I noticed that you have made the transaction to your own address itself.

To confirm it in the next block instantly do this :
1. Create a new address say X
2. Send 0.0001BTC to that new address X from your address on which BTC is stuck I.e 1Fh2GwdSfSDpfB5PpYjscB9u2inCoTmumX and this time include a fee of 850satoshi per byte on the transaction.

Your stuck tx will get confirmed in the next block if you follow this.

Note use the latest fee because this quoted message is from yesterday so i think the fee right now from https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ is 990 satoshis/byte

The viabtc accelerator works by including your transaction in the next block they mine.
So it's could be a case of waiting until your TX is included in a block.

I only use the VIA btc one I cannot speak for others.
