Unconfirmed transaction help

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Description of Problem: Tried to convert all my STRAT to BTC using Changelly. I have used Changelly a lot before without any problems. The way it works is you send the currency you want to exchange, they convert it and send the currency you requested to your wallet. The transaction from my STRAT wallet to Changelly went through and is confirmed. On the Changelly website, it says the transactions as a whole have been completed. However, in my BTC wallet, the transaction from Changelly to my wallet is still unconfirmed. I have done another transaction after that involving my BTC and that one is unconfirmed too due to the unconfirmed inputs. What can I do? I am aware of and have tried using an accelerator service without any luck. I have contacted Ledger, Changelly and the platform I did the second transaction with.

The fee is kind of low on the transactions so it might take much longer.  It looks like its been days though but that can happen.  Also, if there are any unconfirmed transactions in a wallet you cannot send from that wallet's balance and have it receive confirmations.  All incoming transactions have to be confirmed before you can expect outgoing transactions to confirm.  I would suggest using a different wallet for receiving and sending.  There is a sticky at the top of this forum about stuck transactions that might help.  I've previously messaged people to contact a mining pool to help move along transactions and they will do so at a cost.  Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that the second transaction I did from my BTC wallet will never get confirmed unless the previous one will because of unconfirmed inputs. The thing is the wallet I am using always sets the transaction fees to high so I think it might have been Changelly, when sending back the BTC they converted from my STRAT, that used a low transaction fee.
