How to build a miner with chips?

Hello, probably the question it's stupid, but I'm new in this industry and I saw on lot of forums/websites where people sell chips for mining and people who build those mining hardwares, I would like to know what I need to build a such miner and what do I need to use it?
I already read lot of topics but no answers found

You would need someone to manufacture a PCB based on a circuit board for said plan or you could buy a pre-made one, Then you would need a stencil and some solder paste AND then comes the hard part of installing the parts with tweezers AND THEN you have to mount the chips which is not easy to do by hand but IS doable...

If you still don't get my point by now, This is not a easy thing to do by hand and would just recommend you buy a pre-built miner.

I saw some people that sell pre-build, but it deserve to buy such miners or should buy miners like those from BFL? when I say if "deserve" I mean the price if deserve.
A good place to buy miners also would love, genre BFL miners, interesting me delivery time to be as little is possible. Thank you in advance!

I think that English is not your first language, and you might have a hard time understanding many posts.  You should also read the subforum which uses your native language.

You should NOT order from BFL now!  They are more than one year behind in delivering orders. 

You should look at the projects using Avalon chips, one named Klondike in particular.  Many different chances to buy boards using Avalon chips.  Avalon chips have not shipped, but there are some reasons to hope they will very soon.

Building your own mining boards from PCBs and chips is not impossible.  You just need to buy the right equipment, and follow the instructions. But you probably need to at least have a basic understanding of electronics in general in order to fix any problems that come up.

The fully built miners being put out today are way overpriced. If you have a lot of money, you might be able to hire someone to put your boards together.

Most miner companies and sales on ebay, etc are scams.  You have to do a lot of research to find the real ones.  You should probably look for one that uses avalon chips.  BFL is finally shipping, but they are still a year behind.

Yes, that is what I, above, and I am sure cp1 would recommend that you research.  See that thread has over 130 pages.  The plans for the products are very complete and the result of much effort by many skilled people.

Also, there are many different people and companies who are ready to build hardware using that basic design.  You can find them, almost always, on the first page of threads on this forum.  Look for the words Klondike, or K8, K16, or Avalon DIY in titles.
