I have successfully had the 2FA disabled on a wallet.  I enter the wallet ID, the password, confirm the log in attempt via the email address associated with this wallet, a new tab opens as usual saying the confirmation was successful but the login does not continue to my wallet.  It stays on the login page apparently frozen (log in button is not clickable and nothing is loading).

In addition I attempted to use the 12 word seed to recover funds.  I can only click "Continue" after typing in the first 3 words.  If I type in any more words the button is light blue(not able to be clicked).  So I made one attempt using the first 3 words then completing step 2.  Once i click recover funds an error occurs and a red {} drops down from the top right corner (same area that drops down "check email to confirm login attempt) and nothing is done.

I've emailed blockchain, the email was not read apparently because they gave me the generic response email  with directions on how to remove/reset my 2FA which I've already done earlier this month and they have already approved.  I replied to the email with hopes that a person will read it.

Any advice here would be appreciated.  Thanks.

TLDR; I have the correct wallet ID, password and email but the login stays frozen and does not continue to the wallet.  My request to removed 2FA was APPROVED already by blockchain and I am not being asked for that.  The 12 word recover funds does not work either.

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Your browser might be the reason for this issue second your internet connection. You can try to;

Clear cache your browser, and try again to log in,
Use different browser,
Use the mobile application (Android/IOS) of blockchain.info which requires only your pin when you open the app,
And check your internet connection too.

And reply here if you still encounter that issue.

bL4nkcode is right. I have the same experience that it was authenticated and verified to my wallet but there's a delay of logging in.

Are you that fast to close your log in form when you are trying to access your blockchain.info account? With my experience I just had to wait for few more seconds and it will just log in automatically.

If not with the browser try to check out your internet connection.

If the above method doesn't work, It's highly possible that this is a problem on their side. Blockchain.info is a buggy wallet and you will see it from time to time particularly in these times where they are receiving high loads of traffic and it's holiday season so they might have reduced their staffs ??

My advice is to get in contact with their support and please make every reply in detailed like what methods have you already tried etc. If possible also include some proofs.

You can also follow up your problem in their social media's below:

On the other hand, if you want to access your funds asap. You can import it in electrum

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees
