If someone is local who can help me out id be willing to give you the title the car and keys as long as we have a notarized contract. Id also be open to any other ideas to get it done. The reason for the loan is to invest into some crypto. I own a small business in USA/PA and i get about $9,000.00 USD back in my Tax Returns. I feel that the what i want to invest in at that point will be at a higher price point.

You forgot to mention where you live.  :/

The lender is going to need to be near where you live so he can physically inspect the car and take possession of it when you don't repay.

If the Collateral that was offered is a Valid one, then the rank doesn't matter.
My question is that if you want to offer something physical as Collateral, the least (not last) is to show some pictures of it. Not from the Google image gallery...
