WTF! Only halfway through the first page and it has Satoshi as some Japanese dude and Bitcoin-Central as a viable entity.

They seem to conflate "bitcointalk.org" and "Bitcoin" a lot.

On page 18 they reference antifragile without saying it by name.

Also:
