There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

that's a lot to be using paypal for, any reason you won't use moneypak or some method of transfer that is now capable of charge backs?

that's a lot to be using paypal for, any reason you won't use moneypak or some method of transfer that is now capable of charge backs?

if you give someone a moneypak code you definently cannot do any kind of charge back

That is not true money pak codes can be charged back. It is hard but can be done.
