There are no btc withdraw working on Bithumb exchange since 19 Dec.
Support point on btc network problem and a lot of unconfirmed transaction.
And yes there are bithumb hot wallet https://blockchain.info/address/1GQmweAj7Lqwzs4eD8u6DjGA8da2kaG93S
with already 17.5k btc since 19 dec and ALL in unconfirmed status.

What i can't understand what stop them to increase comision or send withdraw with unconfirmed inputs.
4 days all my btc withdraw just stucked on bithumb with pending status.
I suspect that it is a common problem, since there are little outcoming transactions from them wallets, like 10 max 100 per day, and they are VERY slow confirming.

Altcoins withdraw are working, at least coins i tried but btc stucked.

It is 5th day and i start to nervous. Is anybody else have same problem? And is somebody from Korea may answer that KRW withdraw work without problem?

Damn, I just did a btc withdrawal last night and found your post after the fact. My is of course still pending. I did notice that the btc withdrawal rate is now 0.002. I remember it being lower when I checked a few days ago.

Which altcoins did you use to withdraw successfully? How long does it take? I didn't realize they need to manually approve all withdrawals. Maybe that's part of the bottleneck.

Today finnaly they start to resolve that problem, they increased withdraw comission up to 0.002 from 0.0005 and start to send btc with high comision as well. Also part of incoming to hot wallet transactions confirmed due of decreasing load of btc network.
So they finnaly sent all pending btc for the last 5 days, hot wallet already down to 11k btc.

Hope problem resolved.

PS. They approve btc withdraw manualy so it may take up to 12 hours.

Someone here mentioned to change it to ripple and send it out.

Thank you sir for that suggestion, it worked in friggen seconds.

I had over 5k in that exchange and was sweating about the withdrawls getting canceled.

"The payment is delayed due to the BTC block chain network issue" - read we are too stupid or too greedy to raise comision for withdraw, we better stop btc withdraw for another 5 days, ******.

Manually approving the user's withdraw transactions is a bit tough. I'm wondering how much time they spent to do it considering the high volume of people that trade on their platform.
Well, I personally tried it and I can say that it's worse than other exchanges. I don't like how the trade process works and it took my withdrawal for almost 3 days before receiving it.
Plus, the non translated korean words on the support form doesn't help.
