Participating in bounty is easy but you need to maintain your reputation first on bitcointalk.
At least become a member then there will be no point.
After that goto Altcoin Announcement thread where you'll come across different cryptocurrencies being launched.
There will be a link provided for their bounty programs and announcements with proper instruction to participate and work.

This is only possible when you select the right bounty programme  and holding the coin who gets the best listing on the various exchanges and it has a good future. Else generally what happens is that once it gets listed the price keep dropping contentiously and does not rise than ever.

Steps(per my understanding)

1. Create a profile in Bitcointalk
2. Create wallet which accepts ECR20 tokens. You can try with myetherwallet
3. Try to rank up first to member or at least junior member with constructive posts.
4. Find a good ICO campaign and read their whitepaper and investors profile to make a judgment. There are a lot coming nowadays and few belongs to SCAM categories.Try to sort
    out those prior joining.
5. ICO's will usually divide bounty rewards into certain categories like social media promotion, translation, signature campaigns, blogging, promotional campaigns. Please see which
    suits to you and apply. The application form is easy to complete.
6. Once accepted, keep completing the task assigned by ICO's. There will be weekly updates on how many tokens you have earned/week/work completed.
7. For signature campaigns, you can have only one signature/ICO until the campaign lasts.

Dont's
1. never do multiple fake registrations. Not good and if found you will be banned from the campaign.
2. Social media profiles must be real and not fake or bots operated one.
3. don't submit a poor quality work(for blogging, video promotions, translations etc). All submitted details are reviewed for their quality prior acceptance.

Try to Keep a balance between your personal life, ICO bounty works, and your professional life. Don't over greed and join many of which you cannot complete the tasks. It impacts their business promotions and so as you.

Exactly their are certain bounties which are available for newbies, junior members ,members ,etc and have the reward for a particular work according to one's rank.This way you can be able to understand the work properly also and gradually your rank and reward will also increase.

There are more than enough bounties announcement on this forum.you can go to altcoin session or bounty session to get acquainted with them.You may need a bitcoin talk signature to make something reasonable in most of them.I should also warn that a lot of them are not going to yield the desired result.so do a background check on each before you begin.Best of luck.

The first and foremost ting before joining a bounty is to increase your knowledge about cryptocurrencies in general. Make sure you know about them so as not to post any spam posts on the forum. You must increase your English skills because posters with low quality of english are often not selected for bounty campaigns.
Make sure not to just post some rubbish for the sake meeting the bounty's post requirements, it would make the forum a mess and refrain from posting in mega-spam threads.

If you keep all that in mind, your post quality would definitely improve, and you would be selected for bounty campaigns.

It is not much difficult to make money from bounty. All you need to have is good amount of followers on social media and a good reputation on Bitcointalk. Then find a suitable wallet for you that accept ECR20 tokens. You should then try to achieve a good rank. After this, chose a good ICO campaign. They usually divide the bounty rewards in some sections. Select the one that suits you. If accepted, you can start doing the task given to you. But obviously you need to find the best one out of all because there are really too many shitcoins floating around in the market.

Register here in Bitcointalk. You are, of course, registered. Then post quality posts. Minimum requirement to apply for bounty is normally Junior Member but some projects allow newbies to apply as well but they are few or rare.

You must create ERC20 token compatible wallet in myetherwallet or metamask in order to receive your tokens.

You need social media accounts like Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc. Make sure they are cryptocurrency related. If not, then create new accounts. All the above takes time. Don't be in a hurry to get followers or add new friends. You can use the help of google spreadsheets of bounty applicants here in the bounties section for follow.

Once you are ready you can go to: Bitcoin Forum>Alternate cryptocurrencies>Marketplace (Altcoins)>Bounties (Altcoins)

Select a bounty that you like, check their requirements, apply and you are good to go. Remember that you are not allowed to create multiple accounts or use bots. Don't copy-paste other's links. If found, you can be banned. Hope this helps.

I don't think you can make much from the bounties.Why?Because majority of the tokens are fraud.And it is very difficult to decide which isn't and which is!

Even if a token isn't a scam, it still depends on the value.Most of the tokens goes way below the ATH at exchanges.So you will be earning close to nothing.
Just look for a token which has a realistic road map, with achievable aims.It's easy to say but hard to find.
One of such tokens is IOST.

Signature campaign of IOST is going on but I am afraid you can find any position with your current position.SO good tokens requires good position too.
