hey mate ,as you can see in the post above it seems that mbet launched and they offer these racing
you can also check fairlay , their horse racing lines aren't that impressive and the volume is kinda so low but still you have an option

if you want my advice you should create an account in asianconnect , they are a broker that takes bitcoin as a payment method and you can create an account with all the bookies and exchanges that they offer ( they dont have KYC for btc customers )
personally I bet with them using 9wickets , which is the asian version of betfair and their lines are impressing
