my account just be frozen without reason on 7 Dec, I have create a ticket but now don't have any response from support. I know they support very long but if any person even create support ticket can tell me how many days I need for waiting their reply?
From what I remember, It can take months or worse there's also a possibility of getting ignored. That's why it's a must for your support ticket to be concise (detailed and doesn't have any unnecessary parts) and followed by proofs e.g. screenshots.
When it comes to frozen accounts, most probably they will just ask you to verify your account. What account tier are you in?
