Just another thread asking the same question one more time? The crash that everybody is waiting will never happen, just relax your titties because you are not even going to be alive to see it.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??

Probably if you are expecting a giant crash you are surely a friend of Roger Ver or a guy from the Mining pools who wants to make the huge flippening from bitcoin > bcash too.

Just stop this non-sense crap, if you want a crash, invest in a shitcoin with less than 1m in their total marketcap, that is it.

Exactly !
If one is looking out for a crash opportunity one should invest in Dollars or Euros,
both valued at half of their price in bitcoin than one month ago.
Both lost 90% of their 'value' in one year.

What crash? I didn't see any crash, i saw normal fluctuation after the ATH, and then a few days later, a 30% drop in the price (this happens regularly, in case you didn't know), which made some noise on the news and social media thanks to all the greedy noobs who started panicking because they bought at 19k and thought they were going to get rich by Christmas without knowing how BTC and volatility works. The correction caused a major wave of 'panic sells' which made the price drop some more.

30% drop from the yearly average might be considered a "crash".
30% drop from the all-time high (that just happened recently) is not called a "crash", it's called a "correction" and is quite normal and expected Smiley

I can't say it is bitcoin crash already because bitcoin is still number 1 in terms of having a bigger value against the shitcoin. All I can say is bitcoin is still a good investment for all of us.

Bitcoin crashed probably because there were too many people that were hoping or willing to sell back their coins to the market and when they sold the price dropped rapidly.

At least today I see the bitcoin very healthy and with the same strength that has kept all 2017. It is true that for the fearful spirits the volatility of the market can scare them and lead them to think that bitcoin is "death sick", or is "on the verge of collapse" and similar things like that, but despite the intense manipulation of the media the bitcoin's upward trend remains intact and all prospects heading bitcoin towards $50,000 in the near future still remain.

Panic.
That is all I can think of the main reasons it went down.
They have seen a slight fall and might lose some profit out of it.
So what do they do? They simply sell out of nowhere without thinking it might get back to where its price is a week ago and maybe more.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??
Transactions are high which is probably restulted by many who are now selling their Bitcoin. Chances are high that they are in need of money for them to buy things for their loved ones. But the thing that matter is that, this thing is normal and we should not worry about it. Backdrops are part of its volatility. It will eventually increase again, we just only have to wait patiently and HOLD .

Last few hours ago the rice decrease but as of now I think it will increase again. I think the main reason why bitcoin crash is because of holiday season many people needs money to buy gifts and anything about christmas and new year. But I hope the price will back again in 20k so the cryptp world become happy. Hold your bitcoin and for sure more money you will get once bitcoin price again increase.

I do not see bitcoin crash. but this is normal at the end of each year.
there are many reasons for falling bitcoin prices, hardfork, lack of volume and decreased spreading, and a lot of sales
and I see today the bitcoin is down because of the many increasing sales transactions.

What crash? I only saw a total of a 40% drop. A crash in bitcoin is at least 70%.

It's OK. For your traditional stocks, 20% is considered a crash, and 40% is considered a great recession.

Here, it is normal and healthy for it to happen periodically.

There was a massive influx of newbies and they'll the ficklest investors ever. That's why the swings are still as high as they were back when we where sub $1000. People just trade on emotion, whether they believe it or not.

Also wtf. Crash? Give me a break. That was a correction. Holy crap. 25% of nothing close to a crash. 75%+ is a crash.

Nothing is going to crash about bitcoin is now very strong and stable in market and nothing will happen to bitcoin it will survive for ever and in coming time bitcoin will be more strong then ever so these all are misunderstanding about bitcoin some people are saying that it will be crash and some people are saying that bitcoin is going to end so these are not true we just need to focus on our work and take your profit.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??
Because you fucking idiot ,it's Christmas time ,the time of the year where people cash out their investments and enjoy.  Whales are selling their bitcoin, correction is finally visible and the charts of most of the cryptos are facing a a W- shaped curve where the price went down, gone up and went down again.
It's about time, mods crash the similar threads with repetitive questions.

It's holiday season, most likely some or definite amount of users sold their coins and convert it so that they could at least use it for their leisure. Nonetheless it's just an another fluctuation. It's a normal thing in this industry so don't panic. Also, It's beyond the designated percentage before it can be consider a crash.

It is funny to see that most people were saying that the last dip that we saw was a giant crash.. came on, you probably have never seen a real crash yet because most of you have just registered during this year on this forum.

There isn't any crash in here, you are just trying to "speculate" about what is happening on the market but there isn't any crash yet. So stop worrying your asses with this chaos because it was just a dip.

And now the price is slowly recovering

Correction. A lot of people think the price could easily go back to test $10K or even $8K. Hold your breath, invest with care.

Correction. A lot of people think the price could easily go back to test $10K or even $8K. Hold your breath, invest with care.

this could happen when there are panic people in the market and the whales sell their bitcoin to take profit and we already saw this. if the price really back to $10k or even $8k, then I think we can buy bitcoin with cheaper than before and we can add more amount to our wallet. but if we decide to sell and then we out from the market for a while then it is no problem. I realize that the correction price this time is too deep so many people aware and stay alert about this, I think they are prepared for the worst thing that might happen later.

Bitcoin value still very high, i do not treat this as a crash yes value reach 20000$ and down to 13800$ but as you can see from start of 2017 the value of bitcoin is 1000$ then now only few days left the value still high and has possibility to increase more before 2017 will end. Many people continue holding because we believed that value of bitcoin will recover in few more days.

Bitcoin cannot crash WHY?
Bitcoin is a decentralized currency with only users determine price. It is only users that can crash it by simply dumping it to large extent. But unfortunately Bitcoin seem to be the sweetest, far better than in stability than a lot of competing currency.

Remember, Bitcoin have had downs and ups yet becoming more stable despite market volatility. It's is to strategize to optimize profitability.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??

The right term is correction or a deep dip but we know that outsiders would always prefer to call what recently happened as the big crash. Whatever we may call it, the fact is that this has been predicted to happen we just never expected it to occur just days before Christmas so it has become a sort of a gift from Bitcoin. After a dizzying bull run, the rollercoaster has to be corrected and that is why we have this latest dip which can be big news to people who have been waiting for Bitcoin to retreat in value so they can buy the cryptocurrency at a cheaper price. Right now, it is stabilizing at around $14,000 but we still have a week before the end of the year and we could not be certain what can happen. This is just another natural occurrence with Bitcoin and though it can be sad this is not shocking at all.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??
this question is already exist on this thread  you can check it through search bar on this (speculation) board. If you want to obtain the exact answer on you question. But anyways based on my knowledge bitcoin will crash if some of the bitcoin holders sell their bitcoin and bitcoin will surge if a huge demand will made or a lot of bitcoin holders will hold . That all i know.

I post that chart because I know some of you are going crazy about the bitcoin 10.21% ... is it a bubble or not..
Well let's make this straight... if you think this kind of price action isn't typically a bubble.. then you need to review your classics !
Of course this is a bubble ! The only question is when is going to burst.. That's a tricky question.. and trying to short a bubble require quite some experience.

Every trade need a technical background to support the scenario (otherwise it's just random betting.. and that's gamble.. not trading).
Using my mighty couple of indicators, PRO Sinewave & PRO Momentum, here's what I have :

We can clearly highlight 5 sell signal (confirmed by both Sinewave & Momentum). These will obviously act as resistances during the technical bounce that we may see next.
AND I SAID "MAY SEE" because so far there's not a single sign of bullish support on Sinewave and neither on Momentum.
Finally we can add the "BEAR TREND" confirmation that showed up when things started to get a little nastier !
Which means that until we manage to break a resistance, we're still bearish in term

It seems to me that in this test we can find those who should be eliminated, and those who need to stay.

The are some many factors that might lead to the current bitcoin crash, such as panic selling, bitcoin dump by the big whales for profits, and the end of the celebrations and holidays. Any of the mentioned above contributed in crashing the bitcoin price. in fact, i think they are the major reasons behind the current bitcoin correction.

The "crash" is related to the inflation. The inflation of new accounts spreading FUD to cause the shaky hands sell what they've bought at 16k, 18k, 19k... And strangely some do.
This "crash" is just a correction yet. We are still higher than at the start of this month.

Edit: sometimes the newbie jail sounds like a great idea :-/

They are crying about a crash,
while the exchange rate went up 20% last month.
What kind of reality are they living in ?

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??

It seems to me that in this test we can find those who should be eliminated, and those who need to stay.

In every price correction or a crash, its always the weak hands that are shaken and get out of the market in an instant.

What should be the main reason for bitcoin crash recently??

off course...but price will rise again...don't panic....

After weeks of you guys waiting. The time has finally arrived. Bitcoin is again on the move. Holidays is over. Its time to get back at making profits again. Its above $17,000 after a bearish week specially last years Christmas season. But yesterday, bitcoin price jumps and still rising as of the moment. So for those who have panic and sold off, well sad to say that you may have regret your decision. The best thing to really do during this price correction is too hold. How many times we already been preaching, and yet newbies get nervous when they see the price going down and immediately bail out. I really hope that they learn their lessons, in the hard way.

Bitcoin won't crash in a short or long. Users around the globe predict that crash takes place once after price Increase. In reality the growth is the one that takes place after each and every price crash. Users who have understood it, make use of the opportunity and buy much to benefit when the price increases.
