Usually the AMD GPUs yield better price:performance and power:performance results than Nvidia GPUs. If you can get your hands on a Vega 56 or 64 at a remotely reasonable price, those will easily hit 1900 h/s.

Look to other algos if you have nvidia. Cryptonight is nvidias weakest point.
AMD 570s can do 900h/s, 580s 1000+ h/s . Vega56 is king price/h with 2Kh/s .
