I've got exact that case, so how I can know for sure will I recieve a reward or not? Is there any possibility to increase a chance with a higher amount of re-tweets?
If you meet the requirements - you know for sure, if you do not, that's treated as a specifical case and is left to my consideration. Naturally, increasing the stats of your account will help, but I won't tolerate cheating, e.g. accounts with 99 percents of Arabic followers or bots, remember, others aren't fools.
