Dev, consider making this web-mining only forever. This would be a great "feature" of this coin; also make it kind of unique at the same time, a good way to differentiate amongst all the other coins. This would keep old laptops and smartphones hashing away happily.
I agree that it makes old dinosaurs and mobilephones viable for mining but whether that is a good direction to go is debatable.

There will also be people mining with multiple fast computers for higher hashes. So, as attention to this coin rises, it will be harder to mine. Slow devices can be only used in starting phase. Can get some coins, later on only fractions.....

I agree that it makes old dinosaurs and mobilephones viable for mining but whether that is a good direction to go is debatable. This week we will launch beta of android app and windows/linux mining app. We will check statistics after that, but is one possibility if the apps have good acceptance. I agree, is debatable! We want know the opinion of miners. Regards

I too couldn't mine.
CoinHive.com was being blocked by both uBlock Origin *and* Pi-hole.
You guys may want to look into it or at least let people know why it isn't working.
I modified webminers (standard and for proxy users). I hope it can help to avoid antivirus false positives. Regards

iPhone 5s = ~8h/s i5 3230 = ~25h/s even older i5 = ~15h/s Is there any solution for preventing the miner from stopping once the mobile display turns off? Also 25h/s is not very much for my CPU. If mining other cryptonight based coins the CPU does about 50-60h/s.. but not in a webminer ofc. But I'll stay with you atleast until 1. February... the Project seems to be great, hope we all can get some profit out of our trash machines ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) --edit-- Just read your last posts... the webminer now also works in firefox for me but with a much lower hashrate (~20-50% less). So I would suggest everyone to stay with chrome ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Also I think you should move the "Total Hashes"-Field to stay under "Network Status" since these are the alltime hashes and not only the hashes I've submitted, or am I wrong?

I think 1st one is hashes this session, and second is total hashes since you first started

I don't think mining on mobile device is a good idea at all. You might kill your battery.

For update situation about exchanges:
- We are talking with 4 exchanges for list our coin before 15th January, 2018: We want to be listed on one exchange only by at least one month, to thanks exchanges the opportunity of add the coin for free.
- In parallel, we are working on own exchange site. It will be very basic at launchment and for first, it will be only support one market for exchange CREP. We will create a poll for the community can vote for prefered coin (probably another Cryptonote like: XMR, KRB, SUMO or ETN) for exchange. I post more info in few days. Launchment will be on february, but could be earlier, depending of the conversations with exchanges.
Best regards

Thats bad... my Intel Core i5 (4 years old makes about 25h/s) I have a intel core i3, does nice make mining?
It should work... you can roughly say you will get 1 CrepCoin per day per h/s.

I think XMR would be a good pairing based on volume and ability to use XMR at other exchanges ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
