Look up some Black Hat methods.
I'm in the same boat (aside from the parent thing) so I'm looking on how to make some money quick.

i know a guy who made hats, he made a lot of money
black hats are profitable because it's a popular color.

Hmm, either you have had a job since the baby boomer years and you have no idea what it's like to be unemployed and think it's easy to just go out a part time job nowadays or you live in a country that has no financial crisis going on, to be fair though, I'd never sign up to one of those referral based ones because that does encourage spamming, I think pay per click style advertising should and will die.

yeah that's right. money is better than no money.

It is not free money. You spend time of your life doing stupid bot spamming.
It's much more effective to do a part time job.
I'd rather earn no money and do volunteering than be a rich spam bot.

Well not all siganture advertising services are pay-per-post. Some, like TF's, pay for already existing posts.

My parents have just let me know that they wont be paying for my rent next semester at school so I will need to make up the money. I will be getting a job but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where I could make up the other 150-200 a month I need to pay for rent and food. I would prefer no bullshit survey websites that pay 10 cents for an hour survey, but I guess all ideas are appreciated. It needs to be something I can do in my freetime since I will be balancing school and a job. Thanks in advance!

I've earned over 300 mBTC in 1 months using CoinChat. See my signature for a link.

Repair bikes for BTC!

Buff out rust, replace parts etc etc, money up-front! (If you are good at repairing bikes of course)

I'd stay away from investing/exchanges if I had to make money for a living!

Syscoin has the best of Bitcoin and Ethereum in one place, it's merge mined with Bitcoin so it is plugged into Bitcoin's ecosystem and takes full advantage of it's POW while rewarding Bitcoin miners with Syscoin

Just noticed the link isn't in my sig. Here it is: CoinChat

I've also made a topic with a list of sites which earn you free BTC.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=290088.0

I actually didn't took me that long. I spend a few hours during the weekends and occasionally an an hour or two during the week. Quite a few people hand out masstips, so you'll rake in some mBTC pretty fast. There are alot of cool people on Coinchat, so earning mBTC for chatting is a nice perk Cheesy
