From the past weeks before Coinbase added the BCH as options without no information to the consumers with the email and notification in the forum as well. But as you said currently Coinbase wallet supports 4 top crypto currencies in the market.
Check the support team to know whether they support a new coin in near future or not. I think they may support the BTG soon.

I would say that electroneum stands a chance. I would like to see Astro listed, but the volume now is not enough. I think it will be a great hitter in the incoming year, but now is under the radar.

That what we are going to wait in coinbase, now we have bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and bitcoincash and soon as the blog says there will be an additional coins, which we need to look for.
