I prefer blue!  A few updates since our last encounter! PPC/USD Pair added.A stockholder page has been added to view our monthly volumesWhile it doesn't show the exact dividend expected in the monthly issuing, it's fairly useful for seeing the trend! I like the way Crypto-Trade is developing. Constant improvements and new features. Almost 24/7 support in the shoutbox available and lately neotrix started to give out free money/coins. I only spend a few minutes in the shoutbox and got 100$ and 75 PPC  |

A quick update that you'll really have to see for yourself to believe: Security trading is now online at Crypto-Trade! We'll be tweaking and cleaning it up as time goes on, but it's there, and it works! Currently only ESEC and CT shares are running! |

You claim to have a 24/7 support and reply to email promptly?? However reading from your ShoutBox and elsewhere they are complaints that you are very late on replying your customer concerns especially on their shares tradings and withdrawals transactions which were very worrying. Where is your 24 hour guarantee?
Please act on this so that the issues can be re-solved speedily.

Well, we've noticed our shoutbox is not a good indicator for that! Many a user will request their withdrawals be processed immediately, regardless of how long the withdrawal has been active for. But yes, to speak truthfully, we'd have to agree with this! We apologize and are trying to streamline these processes more for the future. Lol

If you guys are pulling data from coinmarketcap.com - and seeing the backlog at cryptsy/bter for quark, that cap/volume = you guys should be adding QRK asap to pick up on the lack of exchanges offering this exploding coin and grab your fee's. Right now they've capped out twice during huge market runs and are killing the potential for even faster growth, please consider, I'll plug crypto-trade on my channels the moment you do.

I have been having issues with Crypto-Trade for the last few days. It has been very slow and laggy. I have been unable to trade.
Used to work great.
An update on these issues would be nice.

i have got 3 tickets for missing coins 2 for BTC and 1 for UTC which start from the 9th of feb
no replies to any of them i mean c'mon 8 days for a missing BTC payment is a piss take
how long do i have to wait to get my 2 BTC withdrawals and my 1184 UTC ?

Hey, i have the same problem as you do.. 1,9BTC withdrawal stack for 7 days and 999,8UTC deposite stack for more than 10 days. Thay do not respond to tickets so i had talk with my lawyer. if thay do not finde suitable solution for this situation, i will continue communication only via our state's attorney |
