for me if we would really want to extend our help to the poor and needy through our earnings in bitcoin then let us do it in a way that they can benefit from it instantly.
why would we share bitcoins to them instead of sharing fiat directly.
let us remember that they are poor and needy therefore it will also be highly probable that they will not be having any access to the technology in order to benefit from bitcoins.
donate fiat to them accompanied by education about cryptocurrency instead of making it insignificant for them.

Why give money to poor people instead of donating money to teach them how to make money.

Apparantly yes. But not now, because I did not have bitcoin at this moment. If someday i have a bitcoin i will give it to help people needy and poor cause we have a saying that " it is better to give than to receive".

The point is to keep a bitcoin separately for donation to the poor. Donating a bitcoin directly will make sense if the receiver is aware of the functioning of bitcoin and Cryptocurrency. A poor and / or needy man can be sometimes an educated man or a knowledgeable man who is struggling to meet his ends. Bitcoin can otherwise be encashed and given to the poor.

It is always better to think big. I would rather create a trust or try to invest in healthcare or education of a poor child. All quick helps will not last long. Educating one child by spending a $25000 or more will reap great benefits to the society in comparison with feeding a whole lot of people once with the same money. Though it is not bad to feed but it is better to invest in a system that more than once continually feeds.

Yes I will donate Bitcoin to the poor and needy the way I feel is best useful for them. One percentage of the income can always be set aside for donation. After all, life is short and it is best to help as much as we can.

Donating of bitcoin to poor or needy people is a good idea, if i have a lot of bitcoin i will share it to poor people so i can help them in their needs. Its true that life is short so if were still alive and have opportunity to help people we must help them, and because money our money cant bring to heaven so we must use it in a good way Smiley

I used to donate the results of bitcoin trading to beggars and homeless people who are very old but live their lives on the streets, I am very sad to see the old man, and I give food and drink to those in need.

I smell bullshit.

...And yet more bullshit.  You people aren't donating anything to anyone in need.  Be honest, please.  You're just here to shitpost as much as you can for signature campaigns, even though you have a) No skills in writing, and b) Nothing constructive to say.  I challenge anyone here to prove you've donated even a single satoshi to someone in need.

I'll at least be honest:  I'm not donating any bitcoin to anyone.  No one who's got a tin cup in his hand is going to have any need for bitcoin.  Darwin should ultimately prevail and delete such beggars from the gene pool.  I would certainly never give up my precious crypto to anyone on this forum.  You people are the biggest bunch of pansies I've ever seen on the internet, and the ratio of scammers:good guys is abysmally high.

I wouldn't donate my bitcoins but i will rather give them cash and even in extreme cases where i cannot issue cash i will send them later or issue check instead because  my bitcoins are presently for storage purposes and nothing else.

It's not like I had a lot of money to donate something for the needy. But sometimes when I have extra, I give some food to the homeless for I know the feeling of starving and having no one to turn to. We all have a lot of difficulties, but I believe that helping each other can make a bright future. Maybe it's a small thing for us to give our extra, but for them? you are giving them treasures of life. So yeah, if I have a lot of earned bitcoin here, I would gladly help others who are in need

I will surely give my bitcoin for the ones who really need financial support. Helping others is better than helping yourself to fulfill your own satisfaction.

You are right but I think people won't donate. Since the fee is high enough that can't be afford. You're donating 5$ but the fee applied is 10$. I will humbly accept and donate poor only if the fee getting low. Its good and nobal deed to donate for poor but when it come to fee people become greedy and leave their interest to donate.

no. they dont know how to use it, they dont know the value. it may cost their lives. knowing the greed running around the crypto world, an individual without any idea of what he's holding on could fall prey to someone.

Helping and donating for the poor and needy is ok but donating bitcoin there is no sense because bitcoin is not that much easy people has to study and to know about bitcoin then only they can move into the next process so, donating for poor and needy is not a good idea.

Rather than donating Bitcoin I would prefer to buy someone Food or rather fund someone's education so that the thing i donate is used for good purpose.

If i'm sure that I have enough savings in bitcoin and the future my family is secured why not, but I will not donate bitcoin to the needy people because they don't know how to use it, instead I will donate to them or give them cash.

Giving donations must always come from the heart of the givers. They must be willing to give those extra money they have to those who are in need. For me, if i can donate, then why not. It is not bad to donate to those in need.
Yeah it is our duty to help those who are not having anything and they are in need of our help and concern. In my city a lot of people are poor and they are searching for perfect source of making money and to get food, I use to donate some of my bitcoin like 0.5BTC of a bit more but per month I donate and feel happy after helping poor and deserving people around me so that they will buy things of their need.

For me I will help them to leram how to have some principles that they can work bitcoin without nothing or something. But interest what is bitcoin is all about.
There are many who say that if there are some Bitcoins donated to the poor, but who will donate when everyone is just interested in their money and do not want to give anyone else and they will not care to the poor.
