I was trying to get my Bitcoin Cash off an old paper wallet. i imported the paper wallet onto bread and then immediately sent the full balance to my hardware wallet. Now bread wallet is telling me I have two unconfirmed transactions, one is the import of the paper wallet, and one is the transaction to my hardware wallet. I know i  messed up by using too low of a fee from the bread wallet to the hardware wallet, but how was I able to send the imported wallets balance immediately after importing It. Breadwallet UI has been pretty jumpy, sometimes not showing me the transactions even happened. Here’s the transaction ID for the second transaction. Can anybody help me accelerate this,  will tip generously.

The tx you linked is from a bitcoin transaction, not bitcoin cash. https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/02662533c464ae240761e644d0327bf348ac08f952497fbc557354ab18cd467b

I've tried to accelerated it for you in http://confirmtx.com, although the site is quite slow right now, so i'm not sure if your transaction got in or not.

You should try this accelerator yourself, as it really works. https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/, but it is currently overloaded with requests, so i couldn't get your tx in.

Bitcoin is not the same as Bitcoin cash.
Since your TX only exists on the BTC network i assume you are talking about BTC, not BCH.

.., but how was I able to send the imported wallets balance immediately after importing It.

You probably didn't import a private key, but rather sweeped the balance?
Sweeping means to send all funds from one address to another address of yours, where importing imports a private key into your wallet client.

Confirmtx seems to be not working anymore. You can still submit transactions, but they simply don't accelerate them at all.
This also applies to most (if not all) of the free accelerator around at the moment.
viabtc (https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/) seems to be the only working at the moment. Unfortunately they only speed up 100 tx's / hour.

AdolfinWolf is right, it's bitcoin and what I see from your transaction is...
paperwallet 1LRbbq7xW ---> bread wallet 13Xp1CQsy ---> hardware wallet 38e8aQFeN
you're sweeping (1st tx, not importing) hence there is tx id and fee, then you're sending (2nd tx) to hw wallet
since both tx still unconfirmed you can make changes and do something as you intended in the first place
btw, your bitcoincash (BCH) is still in 1LRbbq7xW

Thanks so much, thats helpful.  So does the "paperwallet 1LRbbq7xW ---> bread wallet 13Xp1CQsy" need to be confirmed before the "bread wallet 13Xp1CQsy ---> hardware wallet 38e8aQFeN" can be confirmed?  I thought you couldn't double spend.  It's telling me that the first is unconfirmed as well. The Tx id is below.  Both tx are still both unconfirmed.

The parent transaction has to be confirmed before the children can be confirmed.

Double spending is impossible when a transaction has already been added to a block (unless you have a mining pool with a large hashrate), until then any transaction can be double spent .
