So I need a bottle label done up.  I brew/sell kombucha/kefir

Preferences:

Simple style, a la Jones Soda labels
Artist's credentials, including bitcoin address or website to be posted in small font on the label

REQUIREMENTS.
-Company name (Pseudonymous Pro-Biotics, by LokeRundt)
-Ingredients (plain black tea, plain sugar, kombucha culture, organic fruit concentrate)

-Warning that up to 4% alcohol may be present
-My avatar here on this forum incorporated into logo art or concept (larger filesize/resolution upon request)
-Price in bitcoin (Ƀ, not ฿-derived, I don't want to go ripping of another currency, or cause undue confusion in my region).  Price is Ƀ1.5 per bottle (1 liter) with Ƀ0.25 refunded upon bottle delivery.
-My public PGP key id (not the full public block. . .the keyID is available in my sig line )



Condition:

When I pay the announced winner for the logo/label/graphic, I would like you to sign my public key ring
If I accept your logo, I may ask for some minor modifications for another Ƀ0.1 which you may accept or decline
If I am particularly impressed with the label I purchase, I may request a related label for equivalent price.

Well, the problem with your offer is this:

Most pro graphic designers will charge $50-100 per hour of work. You are offering $13.50 (at current exchange). In all likelihood they will spend 1-2 hours designing your logo. I would suggest offering closer to 8-20 BTC to get any catches

I am not dealing in the USD market, and I do not know any pro designers that currently accept  Ƀ.  This is a job that is worth 1Ƀ to me, and that is the price I  am offering.  Considering that the value of Ƀ is expected to increase (especially relative to the USD), I think it's quite a just wage.

No matter, I have friends in the "real world" that are lined up to do this(for free, yay college art students), I just wanted to engage and help stimulate the Ƀ economy (since people using Ƀ as currency is one of the major hurdles Ƀ has to overcome).  Seen lots of graphic work done for free ("you wanted change, we gave you coins", etc) so as a smaller project with a payout of 1Ƀ (plus free marketing) seems like a deal


If you don't want to take the offer, then there's no point replying.  This is not a forum for handing out USD economy advice, it's a forum for Ƀ, and the free market will determine just price.  Are you offering to do the job for 8-20Ƀ?  In that case, I decline.

Examples of my work are, the logo here http://www.thebitcoinlist.com, nearly everything here http://decentralizeddesign.com, and so much other random crap that I stopped keeping track of what work I've done for people.   But I like this.

8 to 10 btc sound ridiculous to me, that is someone overcharging.  But on the other hand 1btc might be on the low side only based on the amount of things you require for the project.  I hope I remember about this thread, I do want to give it a shot but have no time at the moment.

It's the bitcoin "B slash" with the slash going horizontal thorugh the lbottom segment of the "b" instead of the vertical slash B (which is for the Thai Baht

yup I did a more recent test. . .when I don't add any sugar for 2nd ferment (under pressure), the alcohol content is way low

less paperwork to deal with you see
