I think it's called BitBar. I don't know much about that but I just need to buy it so that I have enough to pass the minimum withdrawal amount at Bter!
The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.1 Btc and I only have 0.09-ish so I'm converting to BTB and withdrawing it all out.
