Which pump is better

In 2014 coins that was speculated to add to Mintpal was pumped and after adding dumped.  
In 2015 when Poloniex become an elite exchange coins that was speculated to be added to Poloniex were pumped and dumped after they got added. Infamous Polo trollbox added big part to it.
In 2016 coins that were speculated to be partnered with Azure were pumped and dumped.   Latter was known that all you need to do to partner with Azure was send them an email.

So now we are in 2017 and we have two pump events.
