Mt. Gox Confirmed issue unable to withdrawl BTC currently

So, I tried to withdrawal 50 BTC from MT Gox.  Its been over an hour and my transaction has not even hit the blockchain to show unconfirmed.  Basically, they haven't sent my btc even though they removed them from my account.  Here's the response I got from my support request..

I got same issue earlier today, however my btc ( hundreds) arrived later on. I do believe it was indeed a technical issue.

Hope not, however an hour wait isn't that abnormal in gox time.

They claim it is a problem with the security software......, basically it has gone mad and is black listing accounts that attempt to do withdrawals.......

But you can still trade and put money in....
