Any more profitable option right now? None because ETN is simply the most profitable to mine at this point in time.

However, if you are looking at future value of a coin, you may safer if you invest in mining a coin like Monero. ETN (which is based on the Monero blockchain) currently does not offer anything new to the platform. On the other hand, monero has active and competent developers who are always working to upgrade the blockchain.

I am mining with 4950 h/s Monero with Nicehash and the return is 0.0015 btc daily and I am very happy with such return. Maybe ETN(Electroneum) is more profitable right now because not many people are mining it and so the difficulty is not that high, if that is your case you can continue with ETN. Personally I am happy mining Monero and getting paid in Btc. And yes Nanopool is one of the best pools not only for Monero but for all the coins it supports.
