I got this information from the telegram group:

Edollar is a project based on cryptonight. After a few months the main developer stopped working on EDL due to health problems. Now, two collaborators are developing a different coin, CLH for ClashCoin, and annouced that will accept EDL on a 50K EDL to 1 CLH ratio as soon as they finish the CLH platform. Anyway, EDL is still listed and tradeable on Stocks.exchange and Graviex.

The discord channel is fairly active and from what I can tell it looks like the following is in motion or going to occur:

1. a majority on discord chose to fork the existing coin to a new blockchain.
2. the new dev is struggling to make that happen
3. at some point we will have a narrow window to exchange our existing EDL coins for the new coin

So not totally dead, no, but definitely stuck in the proverbial mud.

That's a brutal conversion rate: I'll end up with just 2.25 CLH. Any info on the total coin supply, as I imagine it must be a lot lower than EDL's ~7B?

I have nearly 7k EDL so that my CLH after swap will be 0.14

According to Discord channel, they will "fork" by airdropping CLH to everyone holding EDL with ratio x:1.

It is not really dead, the main dev has health problem. Other devs are trying to create a new coin and allow EDL holders convert to that new one.

The best price I saw on the exchange was 3sat and it's currently sitting at 1sat. What's actually going on with development?
Just forks and forks ending at nothing.

Here is the current status of our EDL:
Previous main developer Ed handed over all the resources to  us (Nomas+Manny+me+Clashluke) and now we can continue with EDL V2.0
After all mutual understandings, information/ideas sharing our team will continue our work on EDL non stop.
We still need more and more developers though.
Please contact us regarding the development of the project if you are interested.
Since we got all the resources and the premine we will now support the abandoned Airdrop #3 and all those who participated will be given 3000-5000 $EDL in next 7 days.

Sounds good. Does that mean I can continue to use the old/existing client as it? Don't have to do anything special? (except sync all the missed blocks... I had it shut down for some months now )
