What happened:
StefanXXL owes me 100€/1,2375BTC. I traded PSC worth 100€ with him. I send him the code first, because he seemed trustworthy (See Pictures). The Paysafecard is empty and StefanXXL is gone. The BTC-adress I send him never received anything (see https://blockchain.info/address/1AArHdX18WdEx2y1ScivaCcAz3D3GPZFaA)

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You do understand that virtual usernames mean nothing. They can be created again and again.
