I always prefer EVGA and ZOTAC and I always had a good experience with them.
The build quality, RMA support and cooling is top notch in both of the vendors.
As per hashrate, there is not much difference between them as it comes down to thermal throttling.
If the GPU has a superior cooling system, it can run overclock at higher intensities and thus a little better hashrates than the counterpart.

I would like to pick EVGA and MSI.
Currently I have few rigs with EVGA 1070 SC gaming and MSI Seahawk. They are quite easy on OC, and stable with high hashrate as well.

I have Gainward GTX Phoenix 1070 cards. I like them.
Those GLH series can be pushed to 34mh on Eth.
I think it's GLH...

I prefer "reliable" to "highest hashrate" - which leaves out anything Gigabyte other than the Aorus series due to the junk fans, and anything Zotac but the AMP Extreme as none of those seem to have ball-bearing fans either.

PNY .... hasn't ever impressed me with their performance, and their quality isn't so great any more too. I stopped buying them years ago, again due to JUNK FAN issues.

Msi's and ASUS has good fans in my opinion. On the other hand, go with the chepaset one.. If anything bad happens to your card you can still RMA it. Lips sealed
