The solution for this is to hire a trusted escrow to hold the funds for the payments

'Cause it would literally mean that there would be plenty of users joining altcoin campaigns using your wallet (assuming a lot would participate in this)

1: I'll provide everyone a seperate wallet..
2: I or we do not have any attention to scam or cheat any campaign. everyone will join bounties normally like how they are doing right now. the only difference is they'll be getting their payment in BTC while I'll get the token payments.

I have disconnected my Telegram account, It was compromised by central intelligence agency in my country, They had pinned messages all over my groups and Channels, I don't trust Telegram any more. Why not just talk to the developer or the marketing strategist of one altcoin and make a deal with him?
You will pay the signature holders while they will pay you a percentage of their coin?
Isn't that easier than risking it all with something like giving every user a different address?
There are rules with other managers too and they might look at it with something like a duplicate.
Just my opinion.
