I'm looking for bitcoin exchanges in Germany, specifically near Lörrach 79540.
And exchanges where buying other crypto currencies is also possible.

Anyone has an idea or contact?

PS. Not interested in localbitcoins.

Base on what I search on google.com I found this site www.bitcoin.de, which is based in Germany, so far I found  nothing bad review/s about this exchange. And you can even ask this on your local boards on this forum if you're a local of Germany.

Actually its for a friend, who wants to invest some in crypto now.
But he does not want to deal online or pay with his bank or card, so he is looking for some exchange where he can go buy his desired crypto for cash.
Is that possible?

because he does not give you the money and you buy the cryptocurrency he wants and then he creates the wallets to keep the cryptocurrency and you send the cryptocurrency that you bought for him. I heard that in the US there was someone selling bitcoins in a restaurant, people went to this restaurant with physical money and he sold them bitcoins... This salesman was arrested because that business was illegal according to the news channel I read. So I do not think you will find someone who does this business (accept physical money in exchange for giving you some cryptocurrency)

I am not gonna do any of the things you're saying. I'm just gonna inform him if I find someone who can sell him some crypto, then he will go there and make the deal himself. He will pay in cash and buy crypto in person.
Actually all he is looking for is buying in person and paying in cash.
I know he can find someone like this via localbitcoins but if there is an exchange, I'd prefer that. Hence I'm asking here about it, otherwise I think I'll just ask him to search on localbitcoins someone nearby who can agree to make the deal in person and get paid in cash.

As far as I know, Localbitcoins does not even allow trading on their site if the transacting parties are in Germany.

http://bit.ly/2kWvw3f

Operations involving Localbitcoins trades in Germany ceased in 2014. I'm not sure if anything has changed since then.

Since your friend wants to deal in person and pay with cash, then the above is irrelevant but still something I wanted to mention as a point of interest.

I'm not sure if you will find anyone willing to travel to Loerrach to trade a few coins. Your friend might find offers involving a SEPA transfer or Sofortueberweisung.

He might want to consider buying from BitPanda in Austria:

https://www.bitpanda.com/

Or taking the train to Basel and buying coins at the ATM:

https://www.bitcoinsuisse.ch/atm-network/

Viel Glueck!

Yes, the atm option is actually useful for him. But does it need bank payment(debit, credit cards etc.) or payment in cash is possible with it?

And about your first revelation, I actually did a search on localbitcoins, looking for sellers in Germany that do accept in person selling and payment in cash, and I did found a couple of options in Germany too.
Should I restrain him from contacting them?

The ATM will accept cash only. Bitcoin ATMs do not accept credit cards or bank transfers. He must bring CHF or EUR cash to the ATM. I think the ATM in Basel is inside a Wechselstube or currency exchange service:

https://www.bitcoinsuisse.ch/atm-network/

As for buying from sellers advertising on Localbitcoins, I’m not sure if LBC lifted their trade restrictions for Germany. The risk i see is possibly your friend’s account getting suspended or banned.

Another option is this site: https://www.bitcoin.de

It looks like a trustworthy source of coins.

Back to the ATM... your friend must either bring his phone-based wallet or the ATM might print out a private key. I’m not sure if it will ask for ID. It might (for large amounts) so bring a Personalausweis too.

He could exchange online on Bitpanda or make a trip to Austria, Poland or Switzerland (depending on where in Germany he lives) and exchange on an ATM. Or go to the local board here and look for meetings in your city.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=139.0
There he could find a member, who wants to sell his cryptocurrency.
