In UK - they are seen as tokens, so they might be legal. I think!

Nothing specific from India.

Gambling is illegal in all states apart from Sikkim and Goa and then too with stringent laws.

However, nothing is maintained about online gambling, especially with decentralized virtual currencies.

2. If balance is lost, they can mail us and we will refund for sure. But yeah, this is a feature that we may look into automating quite soon.
3. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until 6 confirmations are received for that payment. We only allow 0 confirmation gameplay, not withdrawals.

Nice. The probability is based on a random number generator.

We went with the Javascript fairness approach. All our code is open and transparent.
