Looking for infos about mining algo timetravel10

Hello out there,

I'm look for info's for a non programmer about the mining algo timetravel10.

Only hit I could find was:

but this doesn't help me.
interesting would be a kind of documentation, how to implement, and what is the difference to other gpu algos.
