Yes, It is safe. You can set the parameters in such way as 3commas can not withdraw your money.

That is not exactly right.
If your API key is compromised, the money can be withdrawn by buying shitcoins in pump-and-dump scheme.

With a recent API compromise on Binance, everyone is weary of these sort of things. 

However, the features looks like a must have for those on short to Mid term holders,  helps one maximise profit, at least that's what I can see from videos and other reviews . I am yet to test it due to security concerns
