First they permalimited my account, and now they are sending me mails about how much i money i can receive in india.

FYI. This is not specific to Indian sub-continent. They increased it to all of them.

Here is a look at MobiQwik's pament gateway fees. Mobiqwik and Zaakpay are sister concerns.

1. Starter plan :  Setup: Rs.10000 + ST : 11,236
TDR: 3% upto 5 lakh of monthly volume
TDR: 2.5% above 5 lakh of monthly volume
AMC: Waived off for first year, Rs.2,400 from 2'nd year onwards

2. Express plan: Setup cost of 30,000 + ST.

Spoke to them about Bitcoin and they know about it. But they will not allow for sales using their gateway.
The discussion was more towards integration of a new website with INR and he asked me if I needed international payments as well. I told him that it would only be Bitcoin for international payments.
