I think it's not worth it to mining this coin.
I saw many topics with problems on this exchange.

First of all: I NEVER heard about a transaction that was lost with Sumo. And I'm into Sumo 24/7 ... I also NEVER had a problem with Topia.

Now ... back to topic:

Did you use the payment ID correctly? If not, the coins can not be mapped to your account. You have to open a ticket (an Cryptopia) and give them the information of the transaction (ammount, address, tx ect...). As all exchanges are a mess at the moment, be ready to wait 10 - 15 days until they answer.

Did you check, if the coins got out? Just check with your TX in the explorer (you won't see the ammount and the address of course, but you can check, if the transfer was done).

Edit: I just checked: The transaction was ok (the tx appears in the chain). So you most likely fucked you the address or payment ID.

I too am missing a Sumokoin deposit with Cryptopia. It has been confirmed, and I've checked the address and payment ID numerous times. I submitted a ticket 6 days ago, and have heard nothing yet. Hopefully, I hear something in a week...

Not including payment ID along with the Public ID might be the reason for your loss.
Cryptopia is having some problems with the system. Multiple users have reported about the issue and many of their wallets are in maintenance.
Hope the problem would be solved quickly.
