I was just thinking about creating "Coinbase Account"outside USA. We just need verified USA paypal, USA Mobile Number & USA Virtual Address. Is it possible ? Have you guys tried this method? It would be so easy for us people living outside USA. We can buy and sell easily on the exchange and shit.
