password incorrect error in login

I noticed password incorrect error while trying to login with correct password.
 Is this error shown to admin/mod banned memberships as well? Is there any technical or non technical reasons can cause this return text?

No. I believe that when you get banned, you still can log in and there will be a message at the top of the screen saying that you have been banned.

Either you've forgotten your password, or you've been hacked.

If you can't access your account even after several attempts then most probably you got hacked because banned member can able to access their accounts as TryNinja said earlier.
You need to contact the staff and provide them necessary proof of ownership in order to get it back.

Thank you for answers i desperately wait an answer from moderators.  I just noticed email also changed lately, is then certainly a hack case because password seems changed by someone else.

I am only new here. I experienced the same my password is correct but why I can't log in. And I noticed that it was in capslock mode.
Maybe you check before you type your password.
