Fluzfluz because they have an allready running product in Columbia. They dont want to realize thoughts and ideas. They collect the Money to expand to the US. Therefore also US citizens are allowed to take part (:

Trade.io Look at their website, carefully study the whitepaper. Do not know for sure about US citizens (you obligatory must check by yourself) but there is a legal definition of trade.io token being not the security. Also they already gathered about $20 millions which is appealing with big competition between trading platform these days.

I expect good ROI from Universa project. It's probably the fastest blockchain at the market and it has a very attentive and experienced team. I guess they will raise x5 at least straight after the blockchain release.
