I'm a Korean.

I am recruiting partners to do an interest arbitrage transaction with me.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Let me guess, you want someone to send you btc so you can sell in your country because btc cost 30% more there and you will make a lot of money? We have seen and heard it all, please don't waste people's time.

Not necessarily a waste of time. Op might be open to sharing profits 50/50.

Dios message me in private if you need a partner to send you some bitcoins and you send me cash back.
