DIXI - Dixihub
DIXI is a new currency tied to the Dixihub Market Platform.
Dixihub will work as an extension to Steam.
As of right now, Steam takes up to 15% in fees when you trade an item for cash on their marketplace.
This means that if you plan to use a skin for a few weeks and then sell it again, you will have lost 15% of your money if the price stayed the same.
The fees on the Steam market to trade CSGO items are the following:
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fee (10%)
Steam transaction fee (5%)
The price of most game items on the Steam market is low in volatility.
This means that the chance of you gaining that 15% back in a few weeks is extremely low, as only more items enter the Steam market.
Therefore Dixihub will be an addition to your gaming apps.
The Dixihub market will synchronize the real time value with the items that are on the Steam market. This allows players to have sales and be able to withdraw their money back into their own pocket allowing users to trade more freely.
The fee of trading on Dixihub will be 1% for trades below 100$ and a maximum of $1.25 in fees on trades above 100$. This will ensure the possibility of trading items with next to no loss or a tiny profit.
Steam will still be your main platform to play your games on and use to keep your friends close to you. But the Dixihub extension will allow you to trade on a fair market and not be abused by the fees.
Roadmap
The launch of Dixihub Currency will be on the 29th of December.
Mining will be active from the start with PoS kept off the first 15 days.
PoS will kick in at day 15 or block 21.600.
From there PoS will be set to 0,80% per day till the 1st of July 2018.
At the launch of Dixihub, the daily percentage of PoS is reduced from 0,80% to 0,15% per day. This will ensure the currency against hyperinflation.
The PoW block reward will also be lowered from 3 coins to 2 instead.
From that point, the Dixihub will have a built in Mining Pool.
Gamers will then be able to push 1 button and they PC will start to mine directly to their Dixihub wallet. Free money to spend on games, items or just to withdraw.
In winter of 2018 the platform will be made available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Then you can trade anywhere, anytime.
