It is same with my situations.
Yobit must have upgrade their wallet.
And they dont reply my ticket.
So i found that some comunity to claim yobit.
Many people are unable to withdraw ArtByte form Yobit. They have not updated their wallet since we enabled SegWit. We have contacted Yobit many times for over a month and they do not reply. We have posted on our announce thread, Reddit, our forum, etc. telling people not to use Yobit to withdraw ArtByte.
If you have ArtByte on Yobit, convert it to another BTC, than withdraw your funds.
The ArtByte blockchain is public, just like Bitcoin. The ArtByte Foundation can not cancel any user's transactions. Yobit must upgrade their wallet.
