You get merit points when someone likes your post enough to give you some. And for every 2 merit points you receive, you can send 1 merit point to someone else!

No not just tracking,I was talking about pm cancel option.

That wouldn't work as people can get email notifications of PMs. Deleting something from their inbox won't remove the message that was already sent via email.
