Welcome to the second game of Triple Trouble!
It's like double trouble, except with a 3X payout!

If you already know how to play:

• Ends 24 hours after last deposit.
• Minimum bet 0.05 BTC.
• No maximum bet.
• Multiple bets allowed.
• 2% fee
• Address: 1AKuB647RpiSP2xvBAUaAx9avrsajpVjdw
• Spreadsheet: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Av8nVSd1JT3QdGlXZGJWZktMcng4S09xcHFuRGV4Y3c&hl=en_US
• Block explorer: http://blockexplorer.com/address/1AKuB647RpiSP2xvBAUaAx9avrsajpVjdw

Have fun tripling!
____________________________________________________________________

If you don't know how to play:

1. Send a payment to the following address

Code:
1AKuB647RpiSP2xvBAUaAx9avrsajpVjdw

The payment has to be at least 0.05 BTC, there is no maximum.
Make sure to use the Bitcoin client to send the payment, not an online wallet.

2. Wait for other people to send deposits. Once there is three times your deposit in the pot, you will get paid three times your deposit!
Please note that a fee of 2% is taken from the pot, but you will still be paid the full X3.

3. The game will continue until no payments have been made for 24 hours. The game operates in Greenwich Mean Time (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/) and starts at 2011-07-06 04:00 PM GMT.
After the game has ended, the remaining BTC in the pot goes to the operator.

Please note that the spreadsheet is not updated instantly or automatically, everything has to be done manually.

Spreadsheet: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Av8nVSd1JT3QdGlXZGJWZktMcng4S09xcHFuRGV4Y3c&hl=en_US
Block explorer: http://blockexplorer.com/address/1AKuB647RpiSP2xvBAUaAx9avrsajpVjdw

Have fun tripling!

There was some disagreement over which source for transaction date/time should be used. (block explorer or my client)
I'm going to use Block Explorer as the primary source, as it is publicly available.

I'll make sure to have clearer rules from the get-go next time.

Also, the screenshot from your client should be taken when there are 0 confirmations not 1.

Will keep that in mind as well. Sorry, people.

Deposit was made during the last hour of the game, so the game has been extended! You still have a chance to triple your bitcoins, people!

6 BTC has been sent to 1GJWJ1E2yrWS547TXFF5fTRjnH3pBfL3mK. The remaining 0.0303 BTC will be sent ASAP, I'm having some trouble with transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Really wish people weren't dumb and despoit more than 1-2 BTC into these higher-stake games. Don't they realize they pretty much end the game right there as no one in their right mind would ever play after the guy who put in 3.5 BTC? that would require over 10BTC worth of people to deposit infront of him, which simply won't happen. And everyone infront of the 3.5 BTC won't get paid because they are all paying off the smart guy who put too much in, meaning no one in their right mind would enter and it is very unlikely he will make his 3.5BTC back.

Might as well just thrown the BTC down the drain.

Heh, if you think this through a bit further, it's actually not that stupid.

Most likely, the guy who deposited 2.0101 BTC at the beginning of the game is the same guy as the one who deposited 3.41. He has now been paid his 6.0303 BTC... and he put in 5.41 BTC, meaning a profit, although a small one. And he has a chance to triple his last deposit, of 3.41 (although it is unlikely at this moment)

This is a great strategy to use in games where multiple deposits are allowed. You are almost guaranteed to at least get your money back, and then you have a chance to multiply your deposit.

EDIT: Also, people are still making deposits, so the game isn't dead yet just because there have been some big deposits. Who knows, this one might actually last a long time.
