Hello, I want to tell you about my experience with Bitgo. I have a wallet on the Bitgo service. I often use the VPN service, not criminally, experimentally. And then one day I could not go to my email-it was blocked. After the correspondence with the operator, they refused to unlock the email. Since Bitgo asks for confirmation of the IP address, I can not enter the wallet. I have: a wallet password, google identif., Printed keycard, but I do not go into the wallet. Support for Bigo said: there is no login to the email-there is no input to the wallet. That is, access to my wallet depends on the third party-operator email. Bitgo should be on my side, however they denied me. Something like this. I don't now what can I do.

If you're gonna use vpn, I think you have to stick with one IP because if you're loggin in with a different IP everytime, it might get flagged as suspicious activity If I'm not wrong.

Anyways, Since you have your keycard, Have you tried this tool that they made: http://bitgo.github.io/bitgo-recovery-tool?
