What exchange in Europe does not require residence verification?

Are there exchanges BTC,ETH,EUR in Europe that I can sign up to that do not require a proof of residence in Europe? I have a European bank account, but I currently am not "residing" in Europe. I can provide ID (passport) proof, but not a proof of residence (like Kraken requires). I could just provide the address of the place I am staying right now, but could not provide proof that I live there.

does Kraken require you to use the same name for your bank account and kraken to make a deposit using a bank account?
