The government will always say that everything that has something to do with cryptos is a big scam, you shouldn't be worried about that.

And centra is a weird coin.. but they have a product, and it is working right now, they are not like Monaco (which was released and they are not even releasing the cards)

So yes, for me, centra is worth it, but not enough for making a x10.

10X is a bit much for me but CENTRA is one of the most undervalued eth token. I have some in my portfolio i am going to buy some more nexth month.

Are we really sure they aren't faking it. I have a good amount in and I still can't tell if it's #fakenews. Seriously go check the accounts of people posting the card on twitter. I really want to believe but no non-insider has gotten card "access" yet.

You can try to say it was another scam whatever you want, but just waiting for the utility usage of the centra card. But as far as I know that the distribution of the centra card already started but i can't see the real advantages by using it, look at another project such as tenx that already integrated with worldwide payment service through a 3rd party. 
You can sell all of your ctr tokens at a cheap price or I can buy your token *ROFL.

There team and people behind are not honest, they promised to pay bounty tokens to the promoters but they keep avoiding them paid only a handful and kept on making false promises with rest, they then deleted bounty thread, then they removed telegram bounty channel, they do not reply to emails as well, very dishonest project, there are hundreds of bounty effectees that will tell you how they deceived all of them.

When whole market go up than Centra will up also. But why anybody says that it's scam? Any proof links? Or investigation? Without docs it's empty words only

centra is one of the best ICO projects in the world. with Centra card, we can use it for payment easily and i believe that it will be more popular in the world.

Me, I don't hold Centra at this point but is on a watch list and once I see that plenty of investors have received their debit cards then I will be investing. I think x10 is probably a bit of a stretch for now but should stay solid with market moves.

I got in at pre-ico and the team well what can I say, they keep promising the cards then delaying promising delaying. The cards were meant to be sent out before Christmas then they changed it to early Q1 now its Q2. I was around quite a while in slack and I would be very wary of this behavior they just seemed like a bunch of smooth talkers they promise alot and deliver on very little which is why the price has gone like it is. In  pre-ico price was around .66cents and the main sale was $1.23 although the price did spike upto $3-$4 for a brief moment majority of the time the price was under ICO price.  If you look where the price is now Public confidence with Centra is extremely low so having the price go x10 is unlikely, I wouldn't go as far to say its a scam but it feels like they are trying to run a legitimate type of business without a product to avoid it being called a scam.

The government can say anything, it can even argue that bitcoin is a scam. After all, for governments of different countries, crypto currency is not profitable
